The new generation of oil-injected rotary screw compressors from KAESER’s CSD(X) series now delivers performance with even greater precision and efficiency. The integrated package consisting of motor, timing gears and airend
permits the most energy-efficient airend speed to be selected for each operating point. The installed Electronic Thermal Management (ETM) and newly-designed inlet valve, together with the larger inlet filter, significantly enhance rotary screw compressor efficiency.
We are proud to present the next generation of oil-free rotary screw compressors, the CSG series, at this year’s Hannover Messe. Thanks to the compressor airend with SIGMA PROFILE rotor technology, the CSG series delivers up to 16 percent more flow rate for the same rated motor power.
The rotors are coated with a highly wear- and temperature-resistant coating to ensure long-lasting efficiency. In addition, the innovative PEEK coating is perfectly suited to the requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries. It is biocompatible, FDA certified, and meets the requirements for food contact materials in Europe.
The SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 records, archives and processes the compressed air station’s operating data and provides active support for energy management activities as per ISO 50001.
